As the Operations Manager at Gold to Sold, Erica is passionate about creating a smooth, stress-free experience for clients and agents alike. She loves bringing organization, clear communication, and attention to detail to every transaction, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

With a background in engineering, project coordination, real estate operations, and business management, along with an MBA, Erica combines technical expertise with a passion for serving others.

Outside of Gold to Sold, Erica and her husband, Noah, own It Is Well Home Services, where they help homeowners transform and care for their homes. Erica has a son heading off to college this year and a daughter who is a junior in high school.
